Valheim players have astounded the internet with their builds ever since the critically acclaimed survival game launched in early access earlier this year. This time, a new build is making the rounds with a Valheim player recreating the fortress of the Hornburg in Helm's Deep from The Lord of the Rings.

I also watched a reddit thread of soem really cool builds players did from Wall ee or whatever he is called to a giant excavator all kinds of cool stuff.
It has been 5 months since release, nobody can tell me this developer has put in 5 months of work on this early access game.
Building stuff is fine but this game is severely lacking in content and depth and in 5 months notta a single shred of content has been added. They messed around with the rocks and clai mthey changed the features of some npc's,they all look the same to me.
They also claimed they fixed npc's spawning inside of nodes/overlay but ight after that claim i actually noticced a lot MORE spawns inside.
So imo they are pulling the same BS as all the other EA studios, claiming they are doing something but nothing one man couldn't do in 1-2 days of LAZY effort.
Not that i expected any different,i fully expected them to take the money and run.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
Even worse is i actually still play the game but likely most others already quit playing. Some remote part of my brain still hangs on to hope this dev will do something to add to the game while i still play.
I keep restarting trying to do a run with zero deaths no cheating.

I do question how many of those playing now will be playing after launch and what it will mean for gaming if more players play during pre-launch than after launch?
How many hours have you put into this unfinished $20 game? At the end of the day this is a basebuilding game. If you don't find building fun its going to dramatically affect your perception of content this game has to offer.
Depending on how you play and some rng its takes about 150-250 hours to get to and defeat the 5th boss in the solo game.
how many hours have you spent in other $20 finished games ( or any game really) on steam?
To reply to building in game, it lacks a lot, most of it is gated, not something I like. building is not even to close to something like Conan Exiles.
I do hope graphics get better than the 16-bit its currently at
Every time I read one of your post it seems to be you complaining about an MMO. Is that just your thing ?
Do you just look for any reason to complain about every game?
The game is incredibly solid. There have been some patches but the reality is, not a lot needs to be fixed.
And it's a sandbox survival game. You make your own content, it isn't handed to you.
Me and my North Korean generals are clapping
Funnily enough I see nothing wrong with skipping, just the use of ignore bothers me, I guess it is too final a step? What if you saw a ton of agrees on one of his posts, might you not be tempted to read it?
Anyway Markn has probably made up his mind already what he is going to do, regardless of all our pontificating.
I haven't even sniffed the possibility of this being abandoned ala Cube World.
A low priced game with plenty of hours of fun and mod support really doesn't justify the claim imo. As far as I can tell they didn't falsely advertise unreleased features or do anything to get a NMS type of response either.
