Not substantial, they do a benchmark for each expansion. Teases new stuff, character creation etc. But they have been incrementally improving upon the engine. Characters will actually grab and pick up things with their hands now, pour liquids, etc... as opposed to just cutting away to make it appear that way.
I tried it for a couple of days. Games ran just fine and seemed just as fast but for me it had very annoying lag on the desktop itself: like I would right click on the desktop and it would take a full second for the menu to pop-up. Populating task manager with running processes was also slow for me.
I liked the minimalist new centered task bar though. I liked how minimizing a window went to the icon on the taskbar itself with a little dot instead of the additional rectangle Win10 uses.
I reverted to 10 and I'll let it cook a bit longer before I try it again.
