the haters here like usual, this is why i believe eso is #1 mmo, they don't disappoint with their announcements . their live stream was showing off huge quality of life improvements, the new build system, improving drop tables, and system level stuff like the new DLSS tech on top of adding a new zone to explore

That specific technology won't. However, improving performance has been an ongoing effort with updates so it may happen due to whatever is done in that regard this time around. So, Nanfoodle's hope for improvement isn't unfounded.
Update expectations aren't hard either, for those that know what the update efforts of a game has been over time and will thus likely continue to be.
Also, this is simply a summary of update highlights, not an exhaustive list of changes. Performance improvement has been ongoing for some time and is thus unlikely to make the highlight reel. Updating Dragonknights barely got a mention.
Made the following adjustments to Bash:
This core combat skill now has a cooldown of 333ms, down from 350ms, to ensure it can be cast up to 3 times per second at most.
so.. who the fuck is bashing 3 times per second other than people with scripts and macros. Great game but man are they out of touch when it comes to combat.

I can manually push the same button three times in a second. It's not hard to do. How long I could do it without draining my stamina is another issue.
