With the exception of Product Key Cards (PKC’s) distributed with COA’s, Microsoft does not distribute products keys as standalone products. If you see a listing on an auction site, online classified ad, or other online page advertising product keys for sale, it’s a good indication that the keys are likely stolen or counterfeit. If you were to purchase and use a stolen or counterfeit product key to activate Windows installed on your PC, the key may not work for activation, may already be in use on another PC, or it might be blocked from use later by Microsoft when the key is reported stolen. The best way to get everything you expect up front is to buy genuine Microsoft software preinstalled on a new PC or genuine Microsoft software from an authorized reseller.

However, these keys are usually either resold keys (licenses taken from old decommissioned PC's), from different regions where microsoft products are one tenth the cost they are in other regions, or are simply volume license keys.
In almost all cases the keys are legitimate. But in almost all cases, the key you get will have been activated previously, except for the case of new region keys, which could be region locked, and not work from the jump.
Despite that, you can still get away with using these keys, reseller keys, at least for a little bit. At some point you would run the risk of the key getting decommissioned. Of all the microsoft products to buy from a reseller, Windows 10 is probably the worst one.
For one, you can run windows 10 as long as you want without the system locking you out, so there's no rush to buy a legit copy. Two, if you do need a legit copy, most of the time it comes with the PC you've purchased, or if you built the PC, you can just buy an OEM copy which isn't that expensive.
Even if you decide to go for it though, you probably would have to contact microsoft at some point for activation. In some cases these sites provide a microsoft account along with your key, and in those cases you have less of a risk of getting the license revoked, but it can still happen.
For me though, I have bought microsoft office products from sites like this, and one time, this site specifically. They work for a time. Sometimes the licenses do get revoked. Then you either end up getting another license, or you upgrade.. move to the cloud.. etc.
I've also bought game keys from sites like this, never had an issue, and its worked out great for me in the past. Easy to get full bundles and not have to wait for a steam sale.
Probably the biggest change is the native android integration. You'll be able to run android apps natively, and that includes games, but I think they'll be vetted through the microsoft store, so a big plus and minus there.
Teams is still pretty front and center too, they've already added a skype meet button in windows 10 but now there will be teams integration.
Then some xbox gaming features, but nothing that will bring down the house or anything. Just Microsoft trying to bridge the pc and consoles a bit more.
IPTT or fTPM are two other names for it you can run into depending on BIOS and CPU btand.

Most of the visible changes are small like that and no biggie.
For gaming on nvme SSDs there is a potential gain there for any game that takes advantage of the same tech that was introduced in the Xbox. I'm not even sure if that is in Win11 already or just coming soon but it'll be there sooner or later and could potentially speed up loading zones and that sort of stuff in MMOs even more than the speed gains from just use of SSDs.
At any rate it currently has had no impact that I can notice on any game I play - same FPS and everything else in New World before and after.
