Unfortunately, when I hear something is on mobile, I do not think about the gameplay but more about the monetization. Good luck to whoever is hyped about this though.

Trust me, those publishing the games are thinking the same.

There a sequel that suppose to release sometime at the end of this year.

It's on mobile, and you have to play as the blue space hippies. No, I think I'll pass.

I'm not a fan of shooters to begin with, and being a mobile title makes it a big no.

This the same one that showed like that third person trailer for a Avatar game that was presented during the Game Awards show?

Hard pass from me, primarily due to mobile.

I'll wait for the adventure game being made by The Division devs.

It's called Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora

Built by The Division devs on the same engine (snowdrop). Details about the game are still thin, but it's looking like an action / adventure game and sounds like it'll be single player. But, given the devs, I expect it to have a significant multiplayer aspect to it too.

I have really tried to get into mobile gaming and I really wanted to love it. Gamepass has now become the way I mobile game. Full console games on my phone and tablet. Minecraft Dungeons on my phone is the bomb.

Man I love Avatar but focusing a game from that movie as a shooter just seems off.

Would rather see a builder, achievement, world conquering adventuring mmo where you are flying to barren parts of the galaxy/world & restoring them.

Instead we get.... this. Grumble Grumble....

Pocahontas In Space getting a mobile game is only surprising in how long it took to arrive.

I must be one of the outliers because I thought the original movie was trash, just horrible. The live action combined with CGI looked awkward. The world scenery was beautiful, but the alien renderings felt uncanny.

The story arc and plot devices couldn't be more sophomoric and trite. Both the story and dialog are preachy and shallow. It felt to me as though a serious topic couldn't have been given a more shallow and one-dimensional treatment. The acting was mediocre and the entire experience bland and forgettable, but hey that's just my impression.

I'm completely uninterested with any of their upcoming game releases or future movies for that matter.
I saw it once I think..  the main draw and hype was that it was the first real 3D movie.  I honestly couldn't tell you much about the plot at all.

That said,  I visited the Pandora section of Disney World last year and was blown away.  It was really, really cool.  The Flight of Passage ride became my all time favorite.  So that kind of got me looking to see the new movies. We will see.

You seem to have remembered it, just saying...

...and sure that's your impression however in 2009 it was symbolic to those actively caring for the planet before it became politically trendy giving us the ability to start otherwise difficult conversations that otherwise wouldn't have taken place. I don't think it was trying to change the color wheel of plot creation but I agree, the visuals were fantastic not just the world but the chanting scenes & aerial combat.

Personally a good flight combat pvp map would be amazing. I loved the abyss in Aion when it launched. RIP.
