Is there anyone who isn't happy that 2021 is over? Even with all of its challenges, 2021 was still a busy time for our indie developers. So it's not surprising that even with many developers taking a break for the holidays, several took the time to recap their efforts of the prior year and give us a look at what to expect in 2022. Even though there was less news than usual, let's go ahead and kick of 2022 with this week's Indie MMO Spotlight.

    I'm certainly finding uses for them. Every time I come across a post about Indie MMOs I go and take a look at the mentions. I thought City of Titans died a good while ago. Glad to hear they're still going.

    Also looking into that Chimeraland now as well.

    I also like those Indie MMO posts though I think they could be even better when there'd be a screenshot/pic for every game mentioned for the forgetful kind like myself

    Needs to look at Champions of Regnum, which has been receiving a succession of major updates in the last 3 years. Game removed pay-to-win aspects, was updated to allow low level players to enter RvR immediately (powering them up to max level), and most recently, released ingame live ranking tables. The game has been seeing a large activity boost as players are now able to see live, how their performance in pvp ranks as against other players, or against a variety of other metrics as they desire.
