This article reminded me & I had a bit off point but still relating question. A long while back I had read about this same gaming company working on a sequel-type to Black Desert Online called Crimson but I think it was going to be more PvE orientated. Anyone know if that's still in the pipe-works? Thanks in advance.

It was originally planned as a
Black Desert prequel, but developers at Pearl Abyss have since suggested
that it is not especially connected to Black Desert, and instead is its
own standalone IP which shares some themes. The game was supposed to release winter 2021 and there have been no posts on the news section of their website since July 2021. Game is either completely dead or about to drop at any moment.

I dont remember where I read it so forgive me but they did have an update after cyberpunk launched and they decided it needed more work to add more quests and flush out the bugs that is the last update I had seen.
