Inb4 weapons and classes are restricted and you can only be a "Paladin" with a "Sword & Shield" and you can only be a "Rogue" with "Dual Knives". ... Talk about games from 2022-2023 that are more restrictive and dumbed-down than games from 2000. xD

When we say words like, all, never, always. That falls into the area of wrong. Games have head starts that still going today. Like ESO, they have done head starts with pre orders. Im not going to get into if companies should or should not do head starts. I personally dont care. I dont buy games but for one reason. Is the game good. I will wait to see what this MMO looks like. Play the beta if I can and judge a game on its merits. Just a thought, when we prejudge a person its considered a special kind of rude. Why would we do that with anything then?

I think FF: A Realm Reborn, Black Desert, and Fortnite also did early access to people who pre-ordered.
