Fractured Online will begin the transfer process of user info over to Gamigo's Glyph system, a step that will let the team begin 24/7 closed beta sometime later.

They won't succeed sadly... The main developers gave up on the game and have sold out to "Gamigo Games".
Gamigo Games is noteriously known for being a game graveyard. They buy up games that are basically on their last leg and try to milk what ever they can out of it and then it'll die. I fully expect Fractured to have pay2win aspects and anything else they can make money off of.
