    Yeah but you can't upgrade cypher gear to tier gear, which is kinda bs. Sandworn gear has a lower item level.

    Tier set pieces...wait, but that means they are again devaluing their best and hardest content.

    But you can upgrade Mythic+ gear which is what really matters.
