    Babylon's Fall, easily. It peaked at like 1100 players on Steam. Its sales numbers could quite possibly be measured in the thousands, MAYBE tens of thousands. Even those of us expecting a flop, like myself, were amazed at how badly it flopped.

    The Good Edition released back in 2020. The Better Edition was the Lightbringer Update and Fire & Darkness expansion last year. The Best So Far Edition is obviously the Exalted Update released this week.

    I would say that Godfall actually fell harder. There was a lot of hype for Godfall with it being a PS5 launch title and already garnered some hate before it even launched due to being a PS5 and EGS exclusive.

    Babylon's Fall on the other hand had hardly any PR behind it and just limped into existence during one of the heaviest launch windows of recent history.

    Neither game puts their best foot forward during their tutorial, and they show just how important that first hour or two of gameplay can be for a game's success.

    Godfall was so milktoast when it released they would need to start over to make something fun to play. The gameplay was just sooooo boring to start, and then when you added a totally forgettable and just nothing story...

    It's going to be a matter or perspective, unless we can find their development budgets & sales performance for comparison. I acknowledge your argument for Godfail, but I'd also say Babylon's Fail makes an equally compelling case. 

    There's something to be said for a game so bad that you essentially stop marketing it, and then try to sneak it into month with THREE of your other games, just to hide what you know is a turd in your financial quarter.

    Godfall Unchained, coming next year. :)
