  There really are no "11th Anniversary Activities." Sadly, the Carnival Event is unchanged from last year.
  
  There are no new Carnival reward items like there were last year, and there is no Forum contest, as there was last year. There aren't even any Forums this year as they went offline in Feb. with no official word if they will ever return.
  
  The Budgie event has no new reward items either so the Budgie-Carnival event is rather disappointing but better than no event at all.
