Earlier this week, the future of both retail and Classic WoW was revealed. We had the chance to sit down with the World of Warcraft team to chat Wrath of the Lich King Classic.

However, the expansion was without LFD for the majority of its lifetime as the current expac. It wouldn't make sense to launch with LFD. I can understand some criticism if they release progression patches beyond 3.3 and fail to include LFD, though.
*shrug* I don't know if this is enough to get me back or not. My brother recently quit, so that motivator is gone too.
I understand the rationale but LFD caters to my inconsistent play times in games that have it. Guid groups do't do much for me if I play when most of them are asleep as I often do
I view ir as a handy QOL thing and not the end of community doom and gloom many view it as.

I am guessing November, timed for the Xmas rush.
I read the article you are talking about . To be honest I am surprised they published it because it was the very definition of nerdrage . The guy who wrote just rambled on about how he thought it was hilarious and how he wasn't angry ( when he clearly was ) . Most of the comments seemed to support Blizzards decision not to include the dungeon finder only for him to tell them they were wrong in the comments section . He got quite aggressive and sarcastic at times.
I don't play classic WoW but if they are going with what the community wants then I can't fault the decision . I kind of like LFD tools myself but to each there own .
