How do Priest have these high ranks?

How? Do priests rank up for just healing?...If not how does the weak priest get kills enough to rank up?

    Ever hear of groups ??

    I know that is a foreign concept for WOW, but I would think thats how they do it.

    Yep.  Also, they help their side win the BG and thus win those bonus honor points.

    Well I know that alot of people especially cloth wearers such as Priests are actually cheating to get a quick rank up. I have heard of a hack where you can keep your character in battlegrounds, and you will get credit for every kill whether you are in a group or not. My friend has told me he has done this. What a bunch of crap for the people who actually want to play this game fairly.

    in pve i've watched shadow priests solo um, what's the lowest summoned dude in sil? templar?  at any rate, watched them solo those things and still have tons of life and mana left over.

    in pvp, a GOOD shadow priest teamed up with folks he/she plays with on a regular basis... yeah, one of those could give a pvp lock a run for their money and then some.  and imo pvp locks are the best in wow for pvp atm.  others may and will disagree, it's their perogative; i used to think it was hunter until i realized that i actually dreaded fighting a lock that could survive long enough to fear me.

    otherwise, group/raid, join it, hang out where the fighting is at and get credit even if you're healing, sleeping, or killing every single enemy.

    could we please get correspondent writers and moderators, on the eve forum at mmorpg.com, who are well-versed on eve-online and aren't just passersby pushing buttons? pretty please?

    doubt  it. sounds pretty stupid and not even good at explaining or even have a great purpose..
    a erason why priests get high ranks easily is that.. hell.. they get honor and more poitns JUST by healing!.
     thats all it takes.. but I heard tis only for the GROUP not the raid
    I am pretty sure Blizzard would have detected the hack already by now..
    besides.. why cheat to the top in pvP? to fun to do that!

    Way 1) Priests can join groups, they get the honor points for helping their party kill the opposite faction. This includes BG aswell as Raids.

    Way 2) Priests can be deadly with shadow magic, ive seen many shadow priests beat the other classes in a battle and have played a priest to lvl 19. Their shadow moves can keep them from being hurt (moves which cause fear and slowed speed and whatnot) whilst dealing damage over time.

    Priests are a lot better than many people think. - A Common Interpretation Of What A Priest Is: "A priest is a healing machine which must heal party members and nothing else".

    Well, Shadow Priests do some massive damage... it's scary sometimes! Plus they have the ability to heal, keeping them alive. They will most likely always be in a group and be near them all the time, giving them a constant flow of honor for each kill the group makes, even if the Priest didn't attack himself.

    I have rolled an undead shadow priest on a server, when i got to lvl 29 i got into BGs, and i must say, me being there made us win all the time, the allience barely had any healers infact, and even if they did, it would be a dumb one hehe.

    i did heal few, but most of the time i used my shadow spells, and i captured alot flags too ;p

    I used to play a 60 priest and had him shadow for a while till i converted for raid reasons.

    A shadow priest is very very deadly.1 v 1 i cannot remember having any class i was particularly scared of .Ofc i been beaten 1 v 1 but those were due to better pvp player then me .

    While with my shaman i was in constant fear of a rogue with my priest forget it.It takes at least 2 rogues to take me down.If a single rogue attacked me he was basically dead on arrival.

    Ofc things might have changed as i quit in jan.But by then i can easily see shadow priests getting high ranks.
