I guess they don't need a creative director any more because they aren't creating, sad really as its a good MMORPG.

It's a good online RPG, certainly didn't do too great on a lot of the MMO aspects, but generally speaking it is a very good game. I'm sad to see him go as you could always tell he very much had a passion for the game and this IP.

Each classes story telling is GOOD!  I go back to it time after time to replay all the class storylines.

The game is very good, for it's time. Great dungeons/raids/pvp. Just lacked on things to do at end game once you've cleared a bit. But you can't "create" in a star wars game, you can only use what you have in place lore wise.

don't be a hipster/hater just for the sake of it.

Great dungeons, raids and PvP?  Really?   I think you are in a very tiny group of people who could state that with a straight face.  The dungeons and "raids" are pedestrian and the pvp wasn't anything to write home about either.  If they could have ever got the pvp zone working correctly,  there was potential for sure.  But rolling around playing Huttball every day, nah.  If you had championed the story and/or companions,  that would have been a respectable and reasonable opinion.  But calling out others as haters when you make a  statement like that is laughable.

Un, the game was placed thousands of years before the prequels precisely to get away from being lore dependent. It failed in doing so when they started putting Darth Maul and Ren's lightsabers in a game thousands of years before Maul and Ren existed "cuz monies".

It is not a good mmorpg. It barely qualifies as a good rpg. The original class stories are where all the good lies. Every expansion and "tie in" afterwards was, and still is, complete bantha poo-doo. They should all be shot from a cannon for even daring to touch Revan's story with their incompetence.

Do you really think Darth Maul invented the double bladed lightsaber? That no jedi or sith before that ever had the idea of doing it? Given that there was a jedi form for fighting with it, it seems unlikely. https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Crossguard_lightsaber
