  Can only craft Dragon Usable items that I know of. Dragon Scales and Dragon Spells. You don't use tools like Bipeds to craft with, Dragons have inate abilities they use instead of tools.

  Also can dragons use items? if so what kind of items mate, are they dragon specific?
  Anything a Dragon can use is Dragon specific, instead of armor they have Scale slots, don't use weapons cause they have teeth and claws etc, natural weapons, can't wear jelery or other accessories. About the only item I know of that both Dragons and Bipeds use are Cargo Disks.

  Do dragons wear amulates and rings (not sure if it will be explained in the above question)
  Nope, sorry, one of the penalties of being a Dragon, makes up for the fact that eventually you'll be able to fly and none of the lowly Bipeds will.

  Also how does the payment option work? If I wanted to try the game out for a month so I only payed a month membership how would I go about changing it from monthly to per 6 months?
  On the page with the server list and your character list and the patch notes there is a "Billing" option, can change your Billing settings in there.

  Are there ways to buff up another character? (ie. give them protection against fire, +10 strength ect. for a short period of time)
  yes, there are several different types of buffs in the game, based on multiple things, you have of course the different types such as "Strength Buff" and Dex buff" etc, but you also have variations based on how long they are. Can have anything from a 5 minute buff to a 2 hour buff. Naturally the buffs mostly fall into the healing classes spelllines but some other classes get some too, like Mages and such.

  Will Dragons every have homes?
  Yes, according to Artifact Dragon Lairs (equivillant of Biped Homes) are indeed in the works.

  Can Dragons build in a a city?
  Well since Dragon Lairs are implemented yet that one really isn't answerable, I assume when they are implemented then dragons would buy the same plots everyone else does, just build different building types on them.

  Will I be Able to hire people to work for me? (fight, sell stuff, buy stuff, defend me) (biped and dragon)
  As it stands now the only hirelings I know of you can have are if you build a shop on a plot and hire a Consigner and Pawnbroker. Other than that, nope, no hirelings that I've seen or heard of. Unless you count gullible players.
