Paragon, one the more ironic victims of Fortnite's success as it was destroyed by a game made by its own company, looks to be getting a revival of sorts. Paragon: The Overprime looks like it's bringing the stunning MOBA back to life as a free-to-play title.

Did you even read the article before responding? It was shut down a few years ago by Epic after the success of Fortnite and now its been picked up by another company. It hasn't been in operation since it was closed by Epic and it will launch in some form or another on 10 Nov. as a f2p title. It originally had an up front cost to play, which was a huge mistake considering its competition in the MOBA market. To Epic's credit, they gave everyone who purchased the game and anything bought in the in game store (skins etc.) their money back when they shut it down.
I played it for a while and it was fun. It's kind of like a better looking Smite. I'll probably give it another shot just for old times sake at the very least. I don't have my hopes too high considering the company now involved but who knows.
Is a man not entitled to the herp of his derp?
Remember, I live in a world where juggalos and yugioh players are real things.
as it should be the OG paragon was not great it needs an item system and so on
Exactly! I really hope this time it will stay.

Beyond the shadows there's always light
It's not even just that. This is more-so a "arcadey"-like moba experience. The resemblance to OG paragon is bare minimum. Different item system, sure.
There are also numerous other iterations of Paragon remakes;
Fault (which is shutting down)
Overprime (before it was relabeled)
Predecessor (the more comparable "Paragon"-esque remake)
