30 expansions, thats even more nuts.....As a player, it always felt like they were just milking us, but somethow they keep going and people keep playing and paying.

The only problem I've ever had with EverQuest is that once you fall behind, you're behind forever.  Even buying a level 100 character with gear (even if that wouldn't set off my P2W hatred) won't prepare you to survive any of the current content.  All these end-game expansions are great, but I think the game could really use more content from 70-100, a revamped (improved) experience path towards 120, and another Plane of Knowledge-like hub where everyone would access this new content.  Maybe a PoK Basement.

Logic, my dear, merely enables one to be wrong with great authority.

This comment means you know nothing about the game at all. Over the years they have added more content for the mid range to get to get you to the other areas of play. Go and do your research before making these kind of comments because they are really damaging and uncalled for.

I am so good, I backstabbed your face!

What mid range content ? Every expansion is just end game. He's saying they need to add a new playable path to get to end game which the game does need. The 100 character boost doesn't get you there because the majority of the population is 110 + They're not doing 100 content or 105 content. The Heroic boost should of been 110 to get you straight into the latest f2p content in TOV.

If they update the UI with proper maps and such I might even play this again.

Hmm if thats all thats stopping you there are plenty of mods that do this.

If they ever update their UI to work with modern resolutions (i.e. 4K, 1440p) etc. so that you can actually read things without squinting I would play this again in a heart beat.

All of the information you provided in your post is accurate and might be very helpful. Even though, as players, we always felt like they were taking advantage of us, they manage to continue operating and drawing in players and money.
