Today's Lost Ark update caused disconnects that brought servers down for several hours. With the issue fixed, Lost Ark x The Witcher begins, and there's a compensation package coming for recent ban errors.

    Why does Amazon have so many issues with game management when they claim they have so many veterans running things? Poor management? Sabotage?

    if you look at the forums the game is a lot more broken from the patch than just disconnects
    heres a good example

    if they seriously think captcha is the solution im uninstalling, like holy crap. ags is really the worst. oh and lots of people still banned, their "we reversed it " line is a lie

    This type of problem ain't AGS side, it's the KR dev side.

    If AGS can fault somewhere is on the QA of the builds that are provided by the developer resulting on a patch that causes issues.

    This is the type of problems of KR games releasing on the west, in there they don't really have cheating and rampant botting problems so the game released on the west unprepared for what it had to deal with.

    oh your argument is that chinese bots don't exist anywhere but the west. got it. okay. you have fun with that .. uh.. belief .

    That captcha thing thru me off, annoying. How long before bots work around that too?

    Not even a day. Pixelbots can easily solve captchas, just takes a hot minute to go through all captchas via their 100k+ bot army. Source: Used a pixelbot for black desert fishing minigame in the past
