    How did you get passed the foreign dialect that you more then likely cannot read in order to play it?

    I can't even register. I've tried 3 different emails, and after navigating through the half-translated website to finally find where I could even get them to resend email verification codes, none of them got sent said codes no matter how many times I requested them. So I can't even play lmao

    So I had thought this would be the case too but my transactions were instantly refunded as this same thing happened to me with Madworld but I doubt it was xsolla refunding them.

    I looked at my phone yesterday morning and had my bank warning me about suspicious transactions, and I had gotten 3 separate 1000 dollar transactions from xsolla for Madworld. Luckily they all got refunded like right away (not sure if maybe it was my bank or Paypal that did it) but I'm still confused as to if accounts were hacked or if it was some processing error as I have seen others on the madworld discussions talking about getting similar transactions as well.

    It's weird to me that their payment page saves your info even without specifying it and allows transactions without verification or further login. I removed my info but now I don't even want to touch the game even though it was pretty okay so far.

    I had a lot of fun for the first 3 days, then they did something to the loot system and you no longer get any drops better than blues, which is just terrible bottom tier gear.

    So now you just have to farm maps and craft gear hoping you get an orange or red, or at least a yellow so you can keep hunting in better zones, or you can ptw that shit by buying it off the market with shards you buy for irl cash from the few players that have no lives and grind mats all day, and get this, when you do buy something from the market, the game takes 1/3 of the shards from the seller as a fee.

    WTF seriously, I hate greedy fucking game devs like. If you have a bug in game too, you're screwed cause you cannot get an answer or help in their discord.

    Fraudulent, $1000 charges showing up for a lot of people is completely disqualifying for a game.  If the developers can't come up with an awfully good explanation awfully soon (and it's hard to imagine what such a good explanation could even be), then the game is dead already.

    That kind of reminds me of the early days of Diablo 3 RMAH except at least Blizzard was clued in enough to know that for that to have any chance of working they had to severely clamp down on drops. These guys seem so clueless that they had to add the nerf as an afterthought patch and make it that much more obvious.

    I dropped D3 shortly after launch for that very reason and never went back unit they got rid of the RMAH and brought drops up to a reasonable, standard, ARPG rate.

    All sorts of red flags all over the place. Plus I read other players can steal your loot. They wait for you to kill and then swoop in and take your loot. What a crap thing. I loved the art but everything else seems like crap.

    Why you always use a Credit Card for any purchases online, even digital purchases. You're bank will be much quicker reversing the charges made. Majority of Credit Cards are protected.

    Yeah I could imagine, that's no good. I was super afraid I wouldn't be able to pay some bills if the reversals didn't appear. Hopefully you get the money back soon.

    Someone on Steam forums say they lost 3000 was charged as payment. This is nuts.

    Makes me wonder if they intended to instantly charge $1,000 "by mistake", and then take a long time for the refund.

    "Ooops, we had a typo, it was supposed to be $10 but got changed to $1,000. We'll be fixing that bug in the next week's patch. Expect some delay to get a refund, usually less than 3 weeks."

    For me specifically, Jandisoft did not provide a review key, so MMORPG.com expensed it to me through PayPal, which has been secure for me in the past.

    There has to be some crazy mess up with Xsolla's payment gateway.

    The game just uses this payment gateway, you go through their pages and payment confirmations, so something maybe some sort of account / payment authorization theft that was given on paypal on first purchase is what led to this being possible.

    Hoping they sort this out, I quite like the game art style and such, it needs a big boy polish pass throughout the game, especially controls and such to make combat more enjoyable.

    They also need people who actually speak English fluently, because right now yeah...
