Ark and Conan are NOT mmorpgs lol. The server cap for those games is like 64 lol. MMOs have thousands of people on the same server outside of the hubs.
+1 While I don't like most survival games I'm on my 3rd playthrough of Valheim (co-op) now. It's the best Survival game for survival casuals IMO. Also, co-op means if you hate farming etc. and prefer action - you can be the hunter/defender while others that prefer crafting etc. do their thing
+1 Zelda/Breath of the Wild inspiration is the artesian well of good inspiration.

I tried Portal Knights during a free to play event on Steam, was surprised how good it actually was.
