Realm of Kirdain

I would like to start by introducing the Realm of Kirdain. We are a newly formed guild built from the remnants of Durance Of Fate. We come from the world of Guild Wars where we were a very successful guild. The Realm of Kirdain brings with it the family friendly environment and feeling of fellowship between members that it had from Durance Of Fate. Kirdain was founded on May 17, 2006 by Korgy and Thor in the preBeta stage of DarkFall.

The heirarchy is based on the feudal system of government. This is done mainly for the fact that the feudal system of was most common govenment found during the Medieval Age, an Age that DarkFall is built around.

The Realm of Kirdain only welcomes those of Human, Dwarf, or Mirdain origin to cross the borders. We seek only mature, dedicated, and players with the willingness to succeed. We do not have an age limit currently but ask that all members behave in a civil manner. Though there is no population cap we strive for a player base of one hundred-fifty.

We welcome all types of players from the pure-hearted fighters to the tinkering crafter. Kirdain will be supporting the land and naval armed forces on its mission of protecting its borders from invaders.

    Will this guild be applying for the beta clan membership?  If so, will members (even new ones) be allowed an opportunity to share in the beta experience of the game with the guild?

    Yes, this guild has applied for beta testing, but I cannot tell you if we still got playing spots left. Only Thor knows ;)

    I, as an individual, have read some basic information on your guild and find myself highly interested in joining the ranks for reasons of advancement in the game of Darkfall.  I have personal experience in a total of 20 MMORPGs over the last five years, have played many of those games from the time of their release until several months into the game's development, and have participated in the Beta testing stages of both Shadowbane's second expansion pack (Throne of Oblivion) as well as Dungeons and Dragons Online.  As an avid fan of MMORPGs, I am also pursuing an online bachelor's degree in Game Art and Design while I am currently deployed overseas in Iraq with the US Army.  From my multiple experiences as both as leader, officer, and general member in countless guilds in the games I have played, I have accumulated a valuable amount of both knowledge and personal opinion of many features present in today's MMORPGs.  I would like to apply both for membership of this guild upon Darkfall's release, and stress how important of an asset and team player I could be if offered a position in the guild's beta experiences this summer.  You can contact me at Patrick.Chase1@us.army.mil for further communication on this matter or any which you may desire to discuss with me.  I will await word from you with great anticipation and hope that I can prove myself a valuable player in the Realm of Kirdain.

    Hello your guilds seems very interesting and I would hope to be able to join it. Ive been playing MMO for awhile now and have alot of time devoted to playing them. Please email me at xcrazytalldudex@yahoo.com for info about to join. Ive looked at the Darkfall website and not quite sure yet about how mages are. I love you play mages in MMO so i was wondering if you accept those in your guild. Thank you for taking your time to reading this.
