Papaya should launch this on Xbox and PlayStation in addition to PC and make it cross platform play.

I played this many years ago when it first launched. It's gone through some really bumpy times since.

I actually liked Tree of Savior quite a bit.  I played it for several months, but then had to quit for various reasons.  When I tried to go back, they had made it so that you were forced to level super fast.  You couldn't actually do any content without leveling way past it before you were done with it.  That completely ruined the game.

If they undo that and allow you to actually play through content at a reasonable level, I'll likely give it another shot.  If they're determined to make everything trivial, then there's no sense in anyone who isn't already at the endgame picking it up.  And for a new launch, no one is already at the endgame.

I hated leveling through the game. I wanted to create fun and unique builds and try it out killing things; not farming the same stupid bees for hours and hours just to move up 1 level out of 370. Screw that.

I never understood why this game needed so many main levels. It just feels like its there to serve as an artificial gear gate since their 'new' gearing system designs the upgrade break points around your main level. You seem to only really get stat points from questing, so it just feels dumb. They did do a couple of nice improvements since I last played though (which was a few years ago admittedly), like making it so pets dont take up character slots anymore (which they knew was retarded) and you can change your job combo anytime you want when under level 490 right now.

It's a real shame; a little game like this has what it takes to be a niche gem; but the game suffered greatly from server lag and severe botting issues at launch.

I personally enjoyed this game, but i could not handle the constant server issues it was plagued with in the beginning, and by the time i returned a couple years later, the catchup mechanics and newer patched content left me feeling lost and pressured to not play at my own pace and i leveled way too quick.

Well this server will be in Quebec. That's closer to U.S. I don't remember where the other one is but it sure had latency issues. Yeah you did level way to fast in the other version. Will try this one out.

Mostly, yes.  I played it using a controller.  It's been several years, so I probably had to grab a keyboard and mouse to navigate menus or some such, but the main gameplay loop was playable on a controller.

Well the game was killed by the insane P2w, what's the point of redoing it again? We all know how it will end. But again, when you see how many time Bless managed to fool people, they know they will make money.

Ok, I'm a prude. The depiction of what seems to be young girls with giant boobs hanging out all over the place is an instant no for me.

The art style is enough for me to not even try the game.

So I enjoyed this game for a little while but the pay 2 win stuff came on strong. honestly I don't care if people can buy stuff good for them if they want but there were tons of reminders an in your face things. The game was fun for a while though

If you are curious who the Artist is, the name is: Jeong-Won-An(nickname: Maggi); who is famous for the artwork and character designs they've done for Sword of the New World (Granado Espada).

I feel like graphic design and art have unique spaces with different set of values. Art is wide open where graphic design is modest. For some reason Korea has this ideology itch for sexualized children in graphic design. It's getting creepy imho.

If I don't 1 hit bosses and the game isn't designed deliberately to out level content then I'll have a look. My old characters are lost to the forgot username / password fairies long ago so might as well see how I go on this one.

This isn't a signature, you just think it is.
