BP is just your averance heavy instanced (30 player =/= Massive) mmorpg.
Bandai is single handedly killing the game for western fans.
Itll probably be good for months then everyone will drop it
I did the same, and to mention I love Bandai Namco and I thought this would be a great game but it's actually not.
I mean the combat is fun and all but they promised an interactive city with lots of NPC's and side quests with interesting storys. I just felt the need to spam next/fast skip (even with translation and knowing what they're saying.)
The fact that it's not Open World killed it for me. The world is beautifull but you can't actually live it...
The combat will eventually get boring as you fight such a limitless selection of moobs.
And you can buy EXP Boost with real money at least in JP store so no thank you.
Edit: The fishing is awsome!
some skills are useless , mage for example , fireball is the best ST attack and only gets better and has NO CD , as mage your spells have no cd but u are limited by PE that u recharge using RMB , and u can do that anytime so spam attack , RMB to full repeat
so u just need best attack ST best attack aoe , and then 2 utilities (for example for PE regen so u can spam your spells , and another for w/e there is a ice tornado that does aoe dot dmg )
