This is a fan movie. Everything you see in the video was shot in game.

    Yea this video was (or is rather) made for the video event that NCsoft is currently putting on. IMO it is pretty good, I dunno how it was shot tho. I mean it wasn't using the in game replay files unless it was modified not to show the L2 logo and current chronicle in the corners. But it wasn't a direct fraps either because there were no clan tags...

    Anyway looks really good, but I wonder if the server that it was filmed on was 100% official...if it was, well then I really give the person that made this a round of applause becuase that would have been tough to make something the coherient.

    Everything was done from replays shot on the live server.

    Well it rocks.

    I tried t make a video using fraps but the quality was "ok" and the microsoft movie editor wasn't very good. I kept having issues with it playing back the clips. Sometimes it would play them smoothly and somtimes it would stop in the middle of the action (the picture that is) while the movie technically kept playing.

    Yea It wouldn't play for me either, except for the music. So what I did was download it with a program such as flashget, instead of streaming it. It worked!

    After several annoying DivX errors I'll just take everyones word for it and assume the movie was amazing! Fricking DivX....

    Awesome Movie.  The only game that looks like it MIGHT draw me away from L2 is Warhammer, but right now I kind of hope now :)

    its true? Yes (its not "terrible" bad but much more then in games like WoW) It depends what you think grind is. Personally I think games like EQ, FFXI, DAoC pre ToA where much much grindier.

    Great movie !

    Warhammer looks pretty nice except that it is going to be Faction-based. I wish it was FFA.

    /pick up mouth off the floor ...

    i've been playing this game for over a month now and what i just saw in the video was for the first time, man this means that there is still so much left to see and do.  The bosses that I saw in this video are f'n ridiculous and awsome lookin.  I cant wait to actually come face2face with one of them in-game.

    anyways good stuff.  my IGN is 'LucyfurZaana' and i'm a DE PK 31 on Hindemith, hopefully c u all in aden.
