Microsoft's push to get the UK Competitions and Markets Authority (CMA) on board with its acquisition of Activision Blizzard continues, with a surprising new potential partner: Ubisoft. The company could get cloud streaming rights to all new games for 15 years.

As a company they are in much better shape than a lot of their competitors.
They want the mobile games library and development Activision has, why they don't care about making any of the concessions around PC games.
They actually bring in around 2 billion a year profits. The purchase price is 68 Billion. It would take 30 years to make the money back and could get the same profit by just investing 68 billion in stable funds.
But Activision Blizzard is making up around 20-30% operating profit. As a company they're in good enough shape.
