Sort of. I did a search for connection issues just to see if it was even an issue ... which it wasnt the last time I played temtem.
But it looks like there are lots of posts about connection issues with some going back to 2022. I'm guessing that's why the developer commented on this one?

Granted I just did the same googling "temtem connection issues" (the first result is literally this article) and took a glance at an assortment of forum posts/reddit threads/steam discussion and the majority of them seem to be standard "server is down for maintenance," though a few are left to be a mystery issue. Some of them even had responses from the Temtem team as well...
I also did a google search for "WoW/FFXIV/ESO connection issues" and was met with the same sort of results. Mystery issues, DNS problems, Steam authentication errors, bad modem, ISP problems, clear the cache, reinstall game, firewall bad, etc.
I'm not a tech guy so I'm not really sure what makes Temtem's struggles with these issues so much more different and newsworthy than other games with the exception of the dev posting a seemingly candid "IDK" rather than making a copypasted corporate speak "we are working on it" response.
The last two Temtem articles posted here were both centered around minor comments made by the game director on reddit yet MMORPG.COM completely skipped reporting on the games last two content patches and that makes me question the journalistic integrity of Temtem coverage.
