I've left the game. I wish it well but the type of gamers who play this, who exploit and cry for their 'legacy items' again...are just not the people I want to hang with.

Not to mention the weekly posts of "thank you random person for giving me all this stuff" posts. On a survival game.

    The gamers are yuck.

Even worse are all the old timers who sit on the games forums just to respond to people who they themselves haven't played the game in years...and so things change and when you say things have changed they say "no...this is how it is. I played the game." Lol.

I played this game for a bit I just did not really enjoy the community either it was fine when my frineds and I played in a group. It just felt like some people were out to ruin fun for other people.

I havent had much issue with the community...Most have been very helpful.....Its not like they can spam chat or anything so Im not sure what problem you had with the community.

That's a pity. I haven't played in a few years. It was rare to encounter a griefer and I usually ran into the same people. I got busy just after operations were released.

I played when it first launched there was rampant cheating.  some things that happened to us is this one group kept running into our fights and at the time you could almost dupe people into pvp. there were a few times where i ran into higher lvl groups that just killed everything or would just follow you around emoting like crazy and not just leaving you alone. stuff like that mostly just rampant cheating and exploits. I am glad you have not had the same experience as I had.

Just shows how hugely different two players experiences of a game can be.

Every so often I try this game again and it never manages to hook me. Something about the gameplay ends up being offputting to me which is a bummer cause I'm a fan of the other fallouts. (With the exception of tactics and shelter)

In terms of my experience with other players - I have none at all. According to steam I've put in 40 hours over the past couple years and I can't say I ever had an experience good or bad with another player. Definitely never talked to another player, am unsure if I've ever even seen another player running around.

I have played this occasionally when i feel a Fallout itch. I will admit when i do go back i purchase the Premium package, as a junk hoarder the unlimited storage is a must have and its nice to have your own personal server occasionally.

This is basically the only Fallout we will have for quite some time so i try and enjoy it when i do pick it back up. Its better than the series just sitting on the shelf for a decade plus.

Starfield has been the primary focus and has finally released, fixes and DLC will be the focus for the next year. Although mentioned back in 2018 Elder Scrolls 6 has just entered early development this year so it is several years out by the Bethesda measuring stick and Fallout 5 will be following after that so estimating 2030 ish for Fallout 5 is probably close to the mark.

I redownloaded it and there was a water farmer outside charleston station apparently where I logged out previously. I took a screenshot. He managed to get 6 industrial water farmers in that tiny little pond lmao.

Posted it to my google drive and re-uninstalled. It was just a bad vibe and more of the same.

I'd play again if account level unlocks (from seasons and atom shop) were sync'd across Xbox for PC and Xbox for Console.

The shooting isn't as good as Starfield, but it's decent and I like the setting.
