According to a new report by Polygon, Warframe developer Digital Extremes has laid off a number of workers associated with its external projects and publishing teams as it starts the process of divesting itself from Airship Syndicate, the developer of Wayfinder.

    Yea could see this happening. Had some DE hands on it as you could tell but the small studio couldn’t handle it. Could tell they were inexperienced.

    Digital Extremes is a TERRIBLE publisher and partner, same thing happened with the D&D game they published, etc.

    They don't stick around to support anyone, if they're not met with immediate success. They're too small to support anyone or anything besides their own games. They suck.

    Digital Extremes has my profound respect as a developer. But being a good developer does not make one a good publisher.
