  Impressive. I am still in act 1 since I don't have time currently for this huge game. But it seems they make the wait worthwhile!

  If their goal is to make a lot of money, then what they're doing is working, so they should keep doing it.

  It seems that eventually every beloved company eventually does something that pisses off a segment of the player base.
