PlanetSide looks to have been sold by its parent company, Daybreak Game Studios, for a cool $5.9 million, if recent rumors and copyright listings prove accurate.

    Felt like the Planetside IP was closing so seems like a great price to get rid of it without obligation to continue to produce. However I have Low optimism of DBG to invest in a new IP to create.
