This week, Zenith goes free-to-play (image above), everyone puts out their end-of-month update blogs, and Nightingale enters Early Access.

It is. You asked that same question back at the beginning of October when Episode 117 didn't have anything about M&M. Since that time, M&M has appeared in the IMO in the following episodes:
118 - I mentioned that there wasn't any news, but that the team does post videos of their development sessions.
119 - Their monthly update hadn't been posted for a couple of months and they did a catch-up post.
120 - M&M had a website refresh
122 - Mentioned that M&M was on the MMORPG reddit Developer Spotlight and that they had an upcoming test scheduled for November 11th.
123 - Update 36 was posted
127 - Update 37 was posted. Also mentioned they playtest had just concluded and linked their new trailer.
128 - Mentioned the playtest again. 3000 players, not bad.
132 - Dev Update 38 posted.
136 - Mentioned Update 39 and linked the biome video that was posted.
I also took a look back and M&M was mentioned in the following episodes before you asked:
31, 35, 39, 44, 48, 53, 57, 62, 63, 65, 70, 73, 75, 80, 84, 88, 91, 92, 95, 96, 97, 101, 106, and 110.
33 mentions in total, and I have even used some of their artwork as the column header image at least once. So, I think the real question is, why don't you read the Indie MMO Spotlight every week?
