I don't play this game, but I clicked your link to www.legacyonline.net and received a "The Page cannot be displayed" error. Sounds like they may be having problems with their DNS entry, but that should only take a day or two to fix...not 15 days.
I would try finding a phone number for Sega and try to cancel that way. Also, if you put it on a credit card you should be able to stop payment on that charge, from what I hear.

What a bunch of Shiat, i called sega, they then told me to call a differnt long distance number took about 10 minutes and they gave me a new number, i called that number and it was a self help automated system so you get no answers at all... wtf am i supposed to do. Im sure the game is offline meaning closed this is the same thing that happened to 10six a few years ago.
none of the sega people can help i better not get charged. andi dont want to cancel my credit card ive had to do this twice already and then have to re add all my monthly bills its to time consuming.
If it is on a VISA or a MasterCard, chargebacks for Internet purchases are free. You should have no problem reversing a charge from an MMORPG, I have done it before. And after you charge it back, you can then tell your credit card company to not allow any more charges from that merchant.
I had to do this for the ripoff game known as Project Entropia. The game where bugs can cost you real world money... Talk about total CRAP!
