Today, Nexon opens up the pre-alpha playtest for upcoming medieval-fantasy action RPG  Vindictus: Defying Fate. The test demo build is combat-centric,featuring two familiar characters to choose from.

    As far as I understand (hope I am wrong?) this is a single player spin-off.

    We'll see i guess how this goes, but it does feel disingenuous when one starts noticing a couple South Korean game studios are slowly doing the same thing (making their own Genshin Impact)

    The moment i see this game being commercialized as a: 'Free to play game' then I'll know for sure they are going down the Genshin Impact/Gacha road.
