Too late or just in time?

Waiting until after Overwatch 2 crapped the bed is brilliant. So, now many of people disappointed with the current state of Overwatch will give this a try when it launches.

Far too late. Too late was literally right after Overwatch. Gigantic was by far the best hero shooter, and it was too late years ago.

I don't think there's any reason to believe it will have a PvE mode. If it did, it would be a super-easy sale to everyone in my friend group, especially with 6-players on a team.

Sadly, a PvP game with free-to-play monetization is not going to go over nearly as well. We prefer to pay one price up front, period. Microtransactions just piss everyone off. Please stop doing things that way.

ShinyFlygon sums up my thoughts 100%.
PvP wouldn't be interesting for me. PvE would definitely be appealing.
Microtransactions would absolutely make the game suck. If they make it B2P or sub-based, that would be different. Since there's 0 reason to believe B2P or sub, I'm not getting any hopes up.
