    There is no such thing in video games as asking for too much money, studios behave as if it is a privilege to pay them.

    I decided a long time ago I would never play lol again. Since the anti cheat software shit, and now this, all good reasons never to touch this game with a 9 mile pole.

    I lasted about 15 minutes in LoL...What an awful community.

    Yes the community was very bad. I am not a good player so I was really getting a lot of messages while playing and my god the insults and I decided it was not my kind of community. Dropped it and never went back. I cannot play competitively I am just very poor at it and I guess it is also unfair to the people I play with to expect them to keep me on without the abuse. Since I cannot fix that and the abuse was intolerable I decided best to never go back.

    Many will exhibit faux outrage while quietly getting out their credit cards to purchase it. Been this way for a long time.

    Pretty much all moba communities are like that going all the way back to Dota in WC3. As much as I actually like the games itself, the moba community are the literal worst people on the planet that play games. The only one that was less toxic was heroes of the storm but that was also the most shallow simplistic garbage to play it wasn't even fun.
