While this looks interesting, when people call him the 'creator' of Silent Hill, it always rubs me the wrong way for some reason.
Mostly because that first Silent Hill game was a mixture of so many things, inspirations and people involved:
And he's gone on the record that he got the main idea for the game from 3 different horror novels, and the one they used primarily was the Stephen King novel; 'The Mist' so they didn't have to do any writing, merely just adapting something into the vision that was useful to what they wanted to create.
Either way, i am excited to see another game from this guy and his team, but it also honestly looks like a game that could easily fall into mediocrity like the ill-fated Siren series.
