Elden Ring publisher Bandai Namco and developer FromSoftware have released a new story trailer for the game's upcoming (and final) DLC, Shadow of the Erdtree.

    these guys need to release a free trial of some sorts...its hard to lay down 40 bucks on a game that sells itself as group based gameplay without knowing how the game feels when running around and proforming tasks and engaging in combat...youtube vids are not a good way to gage the feel of a game IMHO, becuase youtubers mostly have an agenda to make money

    Do they really sell it as a group based game? It seems more like an evolution of the souls franchise with grouping an extension of PvP.

    Elden Ring is inherently a Solo RPG, where you can opt to COOP with someone, but that would immediately open you up for invasion and be ganked by PVP'ers.

    Though, like I have done, you can download the Co-Op mod and start the game through there that will block invasion and allow you to player with others in peace. :-)
