I came to bring up the same point. When did pirates become the good faction?

Today, whatever you play is "good" and the protagonist of whatever you watch is "good". The number of TV series on Netflix where the protagonists are making drugs in one way or another is extraordinary.

Anyway you can tell she's a villain cause of the squinty eyes, a dead giveaway. :)

Argh, it's the "squinty eyes" that gave 'er away matey. (have to read it in Mr Krabs voice)

My friends who play, love the game. I can't click with it, but it does look good for what it is.

This is a common theme throughout our culture, take the sympathetic portraits of 'The Joker' that have arisen.  Sure, he's a homicidal maniac but he has his reasons or how violent extremists (in some camps) are given the benefit of the doubt while the victims are pushed aside.

Just about every serial killer has had a reporter run off and do a story on how he's a victim, mis-understood, and the nearly innocent product of his environment and even though he started out rough, he's actually a really nice guy.

"While it is true Bobby had girl scouts stacked in his basement like cord wood, the untold story of how his older sister's girl scout pack drown his pet gerbil when he was 5 has NEVER BEEN TOLD"

There is usually a stupid political spin added: "The [republican/democrat] governor of the state brushed aside this new evidence, despite the fact Bobby's parents had a video conference with the governor where they were crying.  Is our governor even human?"

    Stupid.
