The combat of DA4 looks fine, but the characters, not sure about story, coupled with what the game director has said, funny they should hide their tweets, makes me think the game isn't aimed at the people who enjoyed the first two games.
I'm not an IT Specialist, Game Developer, or Clairvoyant in real life, but like others on here, I play one on the internet.
Because either they're incompetent or out of touch (or both). Just because it's your 4th iteration of a game series, doesn't mean implementing something that works with an entirely different type of game. They should go back and figure out why DAO was popular, what they got right and wrong in DA 2 and 3. If they want to do something new, which is fine, then they need to stop having dollar signs in their eyeballs and think about what gamers like and want in a ARPG.
I used to like transferring over character choices but after a 10 year hiatus I don't see the need.
