Oh yeah! I remember this game now. I was super excited about it until they announced it was open pvp and their solution for pve players to avoid pvp was to "run and hide". Yah good luck to them. Hope their budget is based on a very tiny revenue stream.

What an awful attitude. I've actually applied to their company not so long ago. Do you want me to wish you lose your job? Lol. Don't like it, just move on. No need to wish others the worst.

Yah, and I would tell you that if you saw something in the way my company was making business decisions that was likely to cause barriers to our success, PLEASE TELL ME!  The most awful attitude in all of humanity is apathy.  That's exactly what you're recommending here.  Doesn't affect me, so shut up and move along.  Let people live in a fantasy land that they think they're on the road to success when you see a freight train heading full steam at them that they are just plain ignoring.  People who care will say, "hey that track you're on is about to get you killed".  People who are apathetic will shrug and move on, maybe take out their phone to video your painful demise so they can post it on their socials.

Pardon me if I pass on your advice.

Literally all they have to do is have a PvE only ruleset server.  That decision could make or break their whole studio.

I don't discourage pointing out wrong decisions, just the dumb way you make it sound like. They will either learn it the hard way by low player base upon release, or by reading the feedback. We, gamers, always hope for the best for ourselves, but my "moving along" isn't apathy, it's just not wasting time spitting on the majority of people who don't even make those calls. I'm not interested in this game whatsoever, but if I were you I'd stick to speaking about the game itself, and keep my other comments to myself instead.

Petty arguments aside, this is one of those "who asked for any of this?" type of games that doesnt really seem to appeal to any crowd of gamers out there. Theyve been trying for years to get this hyped and its just not a hyped game, looks slow and clunky, ect.

Wonder why they are shoveling so much money into this?

Looks like mmorpg commenters are out of touch with what mmorpg players wants. If corepunk PvP rule set doesnt have a following, why does Albion still hit so high numbers?

You are not me. I will speak my mind. Nothing I said is against the rules of the forum, so you can go pound sand frankly.

I don't know the exact numbers, but I wouldn't be surprised if at least half the player base never leaves the Royals. I've spent a fair bit of time in Ava and Black zones, and it's not uncommon to go several maps without seeing anyone. Take that as you will.

It has nothing to do with apathy. It is about seeking the play experience you want. If a game doesn't offer that it's not suited to your preferences and you should look elsewhere. Not every game need accommodate your desires.

If you don't want to risk being hit by a train don't stand on the track. Find somewhere else to stand where a train can't hit you.
