Fractured Online's first major post-launch update, The Hunt, is coming alongside a free week to try out the game. In the update, expect new summons, a new quest system, emotes, and some balance changes and fixes too.

    terrible support fraud and awful experienace !i bought the game few years ago and i was waiting to play at official launch and i couldnt play because i was registered back then with gamigo gaming through glyph and the transfer was till june 24...
    so old accounts was lost...
    the question is, if the official launch is at end july 24 why do you close transfer from glyph(gamigo) at june 24? people return at launch not 2 months before! we didnt get any information about it

    This game is fucking awesome. Unfortunately no developers out there want to make this type of game anymore.

    Fractured should look to Albion for inspiration.

    Albion Online was in the toilet until they went Free to play and fully embraced Pay to win. Now Albion is doing very well.

    Why should Fractured give away 11 new summons when they could sell them?

    My personal opinion is that if F2P, then the account should have some severe restrictions:

    - cannot trade with players, cannot use marketplace, cannot interact with chests and non-instance stations (prevent botting)
    - cannot claim plot
    - cannot join party
    - cannot be part of settler group (to prevent abuse for founding of city)
    - cannot broadcast in chat (prevent rmt messages)
    - cannot join guild
    - cannot join city (prevent artificial inflation of minimum 20 citizens for city rank decay)
    - cannot turn aggressive and cannot enter lawless Trial zones (prevent shifting of inventory to others)
    - cannot use crafting stations

    The restrictions will be lifted once the player buys the account.

    Why didn't you complete the transfer before the cut off of June 24? The date the new server is planned to open has nothing to do with the transfer cut off date you were provided.

    This isn't a matter of fraud but of your failure to follow direction. Perhaps if you contact the company they can resolve that failure.

    No. You are responsible because you failed to complete the transfer by June 24, as instructed. By the time of the release date you had already long since screwed up.

    I suggest that you contact their customer support directly rather than just relying on forum and discord posts and plead your case. You may not succeed but at least the chance of it is better than with what you've done to date.

    If you decide the do so I wish you luck in that effort.

    If you are not going to take steps to preserve your account that is on you. Companies don't live forever they get sold and things get transferred. If you wanted to play you should have the sense to take steps to help yourself. Whining about your own mistakes won't bring your account back.

    I think you should do as @KnightFalz suggests and hope it works out. Otherwise learn a lesson for the other games you own.
