Ten Current Favorite Films

PhaserlightPhaserlight Member EpicPosts: 3,078
Just wondering what your ten current favorite films are.  They don't have to be good; just your favorite for any reason at all.

Here's my list:

1. Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings trilogy (+the first two Hobbit movies)
2. The Force Awakens
3. The Empire Strikes Back
4. Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade
5. Jurassic Park
6. Fight Club
7. Waking Life
8. Inception
9. The Fall
10. La Jetee

I realize the first one is actually five movies.  Oh well; you can just marathon it: in the words of Gimli: "That still only counts as one!"

My favorite movie right now would be Interstellar. It's so deep and science-centered that I wrote a whole essay https://studyfy.com/proofreading for our physics teacher telling about quantum physics. He was surprised to see a student with so much enthusiasm inspired by a film.

I wouldn't say this is in my top ten, but donning film student persona it's "noteworthy":

Last and First Men the only movie published, posthumously, by Icelandic director Johan Johansson, I managed to catch on Amazon's "Shudder" of all places last night.

It's an architectural work of Utopian science fiction, a movie to be viewed rather than watched.  It reminded me a little of an expanded La Jetee, sans human figures in frame.  I'd like to say more but I'm not sure how to spoiler this text; I felt strangely edified and slightly morally impinged.  A satisfying circular narrative, or perhaps a message from two thousand million years in the future.

Special thanks to Darren Aronofsky in the credits... hmm...

And I really like adult movies. I wanted to find variety in my sex life, because before I used to just watch regular porn. But recently I found sex live and this is where I started watching free shows from sexy girls who broadcast everything live. What makes me really happy is that it's totally free and the site has a lot of different categories that you might be interested in. Visit this site and you can watch right now an interesting show.

One of my favorites is The Shawshank Redemption—its powerful story and themes of hope and perseverance make it timeless. If you're into classic shows and movies like that, Cozi TV is a great choice. It offers a wide selection of nostalgic TV series and films that can keep you entertained with classic comfort
