So free players can't create guilds in a game called "Reign of Guilds".  This sounds suspicious.

I actually liked the game when I tested it a few times.

I like the type of game where you get better at something by doing it...

It had bugs and LAG... but it was pretty obvious that they were too small to really police the type of player this was going to attract.

"Hopefully, this will give some boost to the population in the long run, as the game is so small that after many players tapped into an exploit, they refused to give permanent bans—likely as to not compromise the population."

    Sounds like a botters/cheaters paradise.

"they refused to give permanent bans"

When it comes to forums I am very against permanent bans, temporary are fine just not permanent. When it comes to in game you must have permanent bans or player cheating can ruin the game.

So, let's run down what the game offers:

    - Open PvP
    - No anti-cheat
    - No bans for exploited
    - Microscopic community
    - Ranting "dude bro" players who think anyone who doesn't want a no-rules gank fest are "snowflakes"
