One thing they do need to work on is the match making. The game only allows one type of each class in a group meaning if you get two of the same class someone has to switch. My question is why does the match making put you in groups where your current class is already selected? That seems like a pretty easy filter to implement.

Yes but it is a good way of making gamers play outside their comfort zone of preferred class. But this should happen only after a couple of mins wait and they should provide a small bonus to the guy who switches first - I recon that would be solid match making.
I could see that, but make it an option in the match making. A check box for "willing to change class" and if you check that box you get a 10% bonus in xp and resource or something. I could go for that. However, there's also times when I just want to play my Vanguard and don't really want to keep jumping groups until I find one that doesn't already have a Vanguard in it.
It would be less irritating if the load times were faster, but something tells me that's not getting fixed. Seems to be something with how the engine is designed that it needs to go through the whole 'loading resources... loading game logic' thing every time it changes map instances. Even from your private battle barge to your team's battle barge. It's literally all the same assets and yet it has to reload the whole thing. I find it a bit confusing, honestly.
