I know that, like me, there are a fair few people on this forum who enjoying creating stuff in their games, whether its cool bases in survival games, decorating your homes in MMOs or building awesomes zoos, themeparks or cities in various builder games.

So, lets show them off! I admit, this is mostly because I finally did a thing and started a youtube channel to show off some of my stuff, but I'm genuinely interest in what you all have created too. I got back into Enshrouded for the latest update and have now spent some time updating my base with the latest content.

Only thing of note is my large mod for Skyrim. I have an odd little one as well, a magic shop I made by request, but I have yet to upload it.

Otherwise I offer the links in my signature as I can’t seem to share the images.

oh! Here’s video of a walkthrough someone did.

There's a whole series, he did a good job.

Here's a later episode as well. There are over 60 videos.

I’ll check out your videos when I get home!

Well, I'm impressed the fortress looks amazing. Did you build it all yourself or did you have friends help?

Just watched about 30 mins of Godfred's Tomb Part 1. Looks good!

2 standouts from what I watched so far:

    * The note from the dead lord. It made me laugh! (paraphrasing) "I'm dead! But don't worry about that, I was old and full of illness so its OK". Kind of made me think of an old sick man who had gotten so drunk that he'd forgotten his pain and turned philosophical.

    * The Dragon Priestess - mostly a rotting corpse.....but with huge breasts! And those breasts seem to sit on top of a suit of armour!

I'm also curious about the voice acting. Did you do it yourself?

Point of note, he uses a lot of mods that add a bit of "sexuality" to everything so one's mileage may vary.

My mod uses mostly vanilla assets except for some statues.

I did all the voice acting except for three of the girl ghosts and one of my favorite characters, the jailer. That was a former coworker. The jailer is located in a secret area as the mod has a lot of areas.

In any case Serph Toze did a great job and it's entertaining to follow him form the start. He did find things that needed fixing and I got all of them so the mod is pretty polished.

Here is the jailer. My coworker did a great job. go to 57:53

Built the whole thing myself :-)

Total game time is 230hours in Enshrouded, and I reckon 180 of those hours were focused on building that base. I built most of it back in April and May, then came back for Update 4 and spent some time updating it, mostly adding the dungeon and underground animal farm, as well as crafting all the armour sets to add to the mannequins.

I reckon a good 40-50% of the build time was just excavating the big rock so I could build the big tower, I spent sooooo much time mining!

I'd love to do another big build but don't think I'll bother until they add a proper creative mode. I got really into the whole voxel tech, it allowed a lot of creativity, but the sheer amount of time needed to mine all the materials needed for a big base is offputting.

I think if I was gonna do another build, I'd like to try building a full scale hobbiton. They added round doors and windows to allow players to do exactly that, but there's not really any areas of the map suitable. Enshrouded has a lot of verticality, lots of big cliffs and valleys, whereas I'd really want a big open space with gentle rolling hills for a good hobbiton. I'd also like to try doing a Lonely Mountain build, I like the idea of a vast underground base with soaring walkways. But no way im excavating that much of a mountain without a creative mode to speed things up!

That was going to be my next question, whether you had to retrieve all the materials as if normally playing the game or if you could alter the rule set to make things easier.

    clearly the former.

    In which case “bravo “
as that adds all sorts of work besides the building!
