Yes, it's exciting news for fans of the series! Warhorse Studios has moved up the release date of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II to February 4, 2025. The game has officially gone gold, meaning it's content complete and the team is now focusing PrepaidGiftBalance on optimizations and bug fixes. Tomorrow, they'll be revealing a new story trailer and the PC and console specs. It's shaping up to be a fantastic continuation of the original game!

I never did play the first one....The combat looked like it would wear me out over the long haul.

i picked up the first one on deep discount and really enjoyed it. I look forward to this one, but I'll probably do the same of waiting for a sale.

I really enjoyed the melee combat because it was very tactical in spite of it being real-time. If you were against an armored opponent you were going to have to whittle him down by baiting him into overextending himself and taking advantage of the opportunities. If you tried to just go in swinging you're going to quickly find yourself exhausted and taking a beating.

The bow combat I never did get the hang of. Even leveraging the option to show the reticle it didn't help much because it didn't account for the arrow drop.

Hopefully they can improve both, though. I can see how the melee is off-putting for folks as even understanding the system I found it very hard to use the combo's you unlocked. It might be easier with a controller than using the mouse like I was trying.
