The last 2 new classes they released didnt help gain more players at all lol so the game will still be dead and only idiots that are still playing this game want to waste more time on it.
New players would be really dumb to take this game seriously in current stage of the dying game.

12k average CCU on Steam alone is not what I would call dying. Especially since it seems to be a trend that it reaches a higher average after each new release.
I don't like the game personally, but claiming that it is dying is a stretch when they still have a healthy population, and continue providing updates.
Haha. That trailer. Yes I remember all those American Westerns that started out with a (very) young woman walking into a saloon wearing a sports bra, tiny daisy dukes, and her thong underwear pulled up over her hips. Very common into, and for sure Western canon.

Hey sex sells especially to young boys that play video games

Yes, it's not exactly a simulation. Then again, it never was so I don't expect that to start now.
"What on Earth is he thinking?" Now, I don't actually play the game, but is it really set on Earth?
It's not set on Earth, but has borrowed from it here and there. For this particular class, if I recall correctly she comes from a different world, obviously inspired by the Old West and gets transported to the game world by an artifact.

that 12k players on average on steam is actually a lot lower since BDO steam version have combined all players from all regions around the world that they have open the game for example NA/EU, SEA, TW, JP regions have combined numbers of players that shared the steam version access.
And whenever NA/EU server went down for maintenance, u will see the concurrent number drops on the graph below 4-5k, that's mean other regions such SEA and others only have 4-5k players on steam which is super low and considered more than dying game compared to any other online out there because even offline game have more concurrent player. and when SEA server went down for maintenance, the player population usually drop to around 6k also that's mean NA/EU have really low number too and this game have 90% of afk lifeskiller and so active players are even lower than 6k for NA/EU and those are super big continent and only this low numbers??? ye 100% dying/dead game, only hard cope people still supporting this game, even in Korea people don't even like or recommend this game.

Crikey, this is a truly lame way of having "any look or influence we want in the game". I remember back in AC every player was being brought in from "other worlds" but a consistent theme for everyone was maintained.
I don't remember this sort of thing being used for any of the characters when I played BDO, but maybe I missed it.
I love it when article's are posted concerning Black Desert, it's the best place to read all the weird comments about how it's 'the dying game inside of the last iron lung on earth'.
