Grim Dawn on sale

Just wanted to give a heads up to those that might want to purchase Grim Dawn but haven't.    Only $2.50 on steam as of right now.

    Absolute steal at that price. IMO it's one of the top 3 best ARPGs out there alongside Path of Exile and Last Epoch. And as a non-seasonal ARPG, there's no pressure.

    There are some really good games at 90% off....One I had my eye on was State of Decay Juggernaut edition but I found out they force you to sub to XBOX live to play it so that ended that game.....I bought Grim Dawn a few years ago on sale but havent really played it much over the years.

    The base game is often super cheap.  But they NEVER give big sales on their expansions.  I didn't like the base game enough to buy them at 33% off.  But I would buy them at say 60% off in the off chance they click more than the base game.  

    I do understand why many love it, but the engine is too clunky for me and I don't really want to click a bunch of readable stuff in the world to find out about the lore.

    In 2024 (almost 2025) I dont ever get any further than the base game, so for me knocking 90% off for the base game works out perfectly....I dont even know how far along I got in Grim Dawn.

    I mean, if that's a trap, it's one I'd certainly not mind falling in. The base game is about 20 hours per playthrough, not counting post game grind. Multiplied by 36 possible class combinations. For $2.99, you more than get your money's worth on just one of those playthroughs, let alone all of them.

    And yes, the expansions are all very worth it. Even more class combinations, more story, and more post game.
