Better Graphics..

in MapleStory
Maplesotry can barely Keep up with Runescape...and i have to say thats pretty bad..your thoughts.?

Current Game to beat again:God of War Ps2.
Diablo2
Guildwars (Get to lvl 20)

    i honestly think that anyone who thinks that maple can barely keep up with runescape must have holes for eyes. Maple is meant to look that way and i think the graphics are fun and give maple that feeling that it has, runescape tries to be 3D yet fails so miserably.... runescape cannot be compared to maple ::::19::

    I still think that runescape is way better mostly because Maplestory is to...pg..Runescape isn't to much better I dont play it but the best think i like about the game is that its not keyboard related except for Camera And lets Face Linear games died (Except Mario).

    runescape is the batest game i ever know i mean maple got event and upgrades and maple is 2d but that doesnt sad it isnt funXD and 3d is only fun when its high quallity and maple is 2d high quallity and runescape 3d and so bad quallity as i can think

    MapleStory has great graphics. Prettiest 2D game around.

    Maple Story > Runescape

    Overall i think maple story is better than rs ms has events...f2p (other than cash shop) with allows FULL ACCESS to everyone f
    ee besides really cool looking items.... but nw i play Flyff witch i thoink owns all....

    I love the ms anime 2d graphics... its wat makes maple stoyr... maple story

    Save up your pocket money little boy and get Lineage 2! Now that's got some form of anime in it, maple story is how do you put it... A load of rubbish! Looks like the sprites where drew on paint and the whole 2D thing is a joke, works for Raggy but not this. Might aswel be playing Wonderboy, atleast that doesn't waste 50MB!

    All ive got to say is runescape charcters have a perfect diamond head. WTF? how can u say someone with an 8 sided head charcter is good. That is not keeping up.

    Runescape is a different style to Maplestory, the graphics are a medium to reflect the atmosphere of the game, Maplestory is meant to be a cute, family game and you can see this is the way it uses it's graphics.

    On the other hand Runescape is a more serious game, therefore the game graphics are darker.

    But I don't think you can judge a game just by if it's 2D or 3D, or the quality of the graphics, there are many games that have been considered classics regardless of graphics, such as Pacman or Dizzy (Yeah, old school!)

    I personally like the Anime-style graphics, but that's just my opinion!
